Recently appointed DeKalb County Ethics Board member and Duluth Lawyer, Attorney John Ernst, spoke to WSBTV’s Richard Belcher, about challenges he and his fellow board members face. Ernst said that DeKalb County finds itself with a “crisis of confidence.”
